2018 Amazon Prime Day Round Up: What's In My Cart?
Hi, my name is Albie and I'm an Amazon Prime addict shopper!
If you've been hanging out with me in real life or virtually for any length of time you know that I am an unapologetic shopaholic -- much to the chagrin of my husband & wallet -- but what you may not know is exactly where I love to shop.

Topping that list for YEARS is Amazon, and for that reason, I am a PROUD "card-carrying" Prime member.
I use my Prime membership for a myriad of reasons -- from fast & easy shipping to binge-watching dope original content like Bosch (get into it, if you haven't already!) but one thing I look forward to every year is Amazon Prime Day -- a day and a half of deep deals & exclusive launches on the site for prime members. Think of it like a summer Black Friday, if you will.
This year, Prime Day 2018 will begin at 3 p.m. ET on Monday, July 16 and will run through Tuesday, July 17.
With thousands (maybe millions?) of deals all over the site, I try to prep pretty early -- I'm always shopping anyway and so I like to plan ahead for what can be potential savings via Prime Day. I've put together some of my fav home furnishings & decor finds (so far) that you should look out for during the 36 hours shopping bonanza!

Usually when I'm browsing Amazon, it's usually for home decor, home furnishings, or some kind of tech or appliance. Here's what's currently in my cart and/or wishlist for shopping clients:
Aside from exclusive deals, peep that there are also exclusive LAUNCHES on Prime Day, and I don't know about you, but I stan for a good launch because it always makes me feel like I'm in the know with first dibs on the goods!
If you already happen to be a Prime member then there are a TON of exclusive deals & savings you can start taking advantage of now, some that even kicked off the week leading up to Prime Day.
AmazonBasics, an Amazon brand (DUH!) is having 20% off ACROSS the brand.
I'm particularly fond of quite a few AmazonBasics pieces that I've used throughout my home from bedding basics to other more functional items.

For Prime Day, I'm also SUPER excited about their Audible deal.
If you have been hanging out on my Instagram stories then you've seen me occasionally share my book I'm listening to at the moment -- with Audible I can easily get through 3 or more books in any given month.
Actually, since going on a self-imposed "information diet" where I've cut back on podcasts & new groups, I've been listening to 1-2 books PER WEEK! Flipping through pages, I don't know that I'd ever been able to do this!
