Amazon Favorites: June 2021

Six months of Amazon shopping and this might be my fav haul yet. Last month I finally got around to shopping the final details for our kitchen — check out my kitchen essentials & accessories post — and a lot of that shopping happened on Amazon. I also took advantage of the season change to grab a few goodies for the warmer months.

I was already keeping a close eye on the home, garden, and organization categories based on the projects I have lined up for the summer and fall.

A lot of these are things that have been in my cart and/or on my wishlists for weeks (some for months) and to be able to finally pull the trigger brought me great joy. I bought things that are def more utilitarian than not, and also really really pretty — from beginner gardening tools to kitchen essentials & accessories.

When it comes to shopping things on Amazon, I learned a long time ago I can’t rush it. I need time to watch the prices — some times they increase, sometimes they decrease — shift through reviews, and, most importantly, discern if it’s something I need or just something I want. That’s in large part why I also save them to my idea lists.

What I bought in June were all needs and wants.

It’s still kinda trippy to think that we’re already in July, but I’m low key certain my shopping will be slowing down as I move into more utilitarian focused — versus style focused — projects around the hygge ranch.
